HIGH FARMS DEVELOPMENT
HallidayGreer is currently building three custom eco-friendly homes on several hundred acres in the historic Hudson Valley of New York. The first luxury home in Millerton is nearing completion and will be for sale late summer of 2024.
Millerton is located 100 miles (a short 2 hour drive) from New York City, in Dutchess County, New York, just east of the Hudson River. With a population of approximately 3,000, this chronicled town is home to generational farming families, highly evolved craftsmen and makers, and close-knit locals, who share a devotion to the land and the region’s creative and community-driven ethos.
HallidayGreer carefully chose this site for their unique development of sustainable, eco-friendly, design forward homes that offer geothermal heating, surplus energy production, and are built in conjunction with local materials and craftsmen. We call it EcoLux Design Build.
